Rates -
Published rates are per night, single or double occupancy. For
larger cabins add $7.00 per person, per night.
Subject to change at any time. |
Minimum Rental For Advance Reservations -
- Two night minimum on weekends.
- Three night minimum on extended three day weekends.
- Four night minimum during the Winter Holidays.
One night only if available on day of arrival, add $25.00. |
Deposit -
One night required
to secure a reservation. Balance will be due upon arrival. 50% deposit required
for Holiday periods.
NO CREDIT CARDS - only personal checks or money orders will be accepted.
A $20.00 service charge applies to any returned check. |
Cancellation/Refunds -
48 hours notice is required prior to cancellation. During Holiday periods we require one weeks notice.
If you must cancel, we will make every effort to re-rent your Cabin under the same terms, in which case all but $20.00 will be refunded. |
